Stirling Murder was founded in 2018 by seasoned actress Stephanie Lee, with their first crime committed at the Bestwood Lodge Hotel in Nottingham. Since then, the murders have stacked up, with couple Joshua and Callum Taylor-Williams taking the reins in 2023.
Our events take murder mystery entertainment to the next level, immersing you in the fictious town of Stirdale (think Hollyoaks but far bigger and much lower mortality rates). Imagine going back in time to solve a murder in the 1920s, or rubbing elbows with the lead singer of a boyband!
Joshua has immersed himself in murder mysteries since 2012, captivating audiences with his performances across various theatre companies. With a rich background in both acting and writing, he has graced the stage in acclaimed productions such as West Side Story, The Little Mermaid, also achieving a milestone West End Debut in 2022. Beyond the spotlight, he is the driving force behind Williams Creatives, a non-profit theatre company in Leicestershire. Joshua’s creative prowess extends to playwriting, with notable works including Threads, an electrifying 80’s Jukebox Musical. His imaginative plots have also enlivened performances for Stirling Murder.
