2. Can I get a refund for my booking?

3. What should I do if I haven’t received my booking confirmation?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it within 24 hours, email us with your booking details, and we will resend the confirmation.

4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Please contact us with the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 24 hours before the event.

5. What time should I arrive at the event?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event starts to check in and enjoy the pre-show experience.

6. Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we accommodate dietary requirements for catered events. Please inform us at least 7 days before the event so we can make the necessary arrangements.

7. Is there a dress code for events?

Some events may have themed dress codes, which will be mentioned in the event details. Otherwise, smart-casual attire is recommended.
